Programs · Open enrollment

The same flagship program. Seats, not cohorts.

The Sustainable Leader Program — Open Enrollment is the identical twelve-week program, with seats sponsored by multiple companies. Built for the company with one to three leaders who need this now — and a cross-company peer network comes with it.

The program

Nothing removed. The full twelve weeks.

Open enrollment gets the complete Sustainable Leader Program — the same arc as the single-company flagship.

What's different

Three things change when the room is cross-company.

The peer network is the bonus

Pods mix leaders from different companies, so your leader hears how operators elsewhere handle the same crunch — proof that the overload pattern isn't "just how our company is," and tactics no internal cohort can offer.

The capstone is a showcase

The final session is a cross-company presentation event. Each leader presents their operating plan, and each leader's own executive is invited to be in the (virtual) room for it. Your sponsor sees exactly what their seat bought.

You buy seats, not a cohort

One leader or three — no minimum beyond the seat, no waiting until you have twelve people who need it. When you do have a full leadership layer to develop, that's what the single-company flagship is for.

Ground rules for a cross-company room.

  • What's said in the room stays there. Every participant and sponsor signs the same confidentiality ground rules before week one.
  • Competitor separation on request. Tell us who you'd rather not share a pod with, and we'll structure around it.
  • Work patterns, not trade secrets. The material is workload, priorities, signals, and recovery — leaders talk about how they run their teams, never about roadmaps or customers.

Questions

What sponsoring companies ask.

What do we see, as the sponsoring company?

Three touchpoints: a sponsor conversation at intake so your goals for your leader are on record; the invitation to watch your leader present their operating plan at the capstone; and a short close-out note on what your leader built and what would help it stick. What your leader says inside sessions and pods stays confidential — that's what makes the program work.

Which leaders should we send?

The dependable ones running closest to empty, the managers of your hottest-running teams, and high-potentials heading into bigger scope. The common profile: leads people, carries real load, and you'd genuinely feel the loss.

What's the time commitment for our leader?

Six half-day sessions across twelve weeks, a structured pod hour between sessions, two 1:1 coaching sessions, and capstone preparation — roughly four to five focused hours per two-week cycle, designed for people running real teams.

What if a session is missed?

Life happens to people-leaders. Missed sessions are covered by materials plus a pod catch-up, and the coaching sessions can flex to fill a gap. The program is built live-first, though — a seat is for a leader who can protect most of the dates.

What if we miss the March 31 deadline?

The next open cohort runs in Fall 2027 — email us to hold a place on the waitlist. If your need is nearer-term and you have several leaders, a single-company cohort can be scheduled independently.

Next step

Fourteen seats. March 31.

Email us the number of seats you're considering and the leaders you have in mind — or book thirty minutes and we'll help you decide whether seats or a full cohort is the right shape.
