Why it exists
Every leader leaves the capstone with a real plan — workload redesign, a kill-list, recovery norms. Then a product launch lands, two people leave, and the old patterns knock on the door. The Circle is the standing appointment where plans get pressure-tested against the quarter that actually happened, instead of quietly eroding.
Two hours, new material every quarter — deeper cuts on workload design, signal-reading, and recovery, steered by what the group is actually hitting. Never a rerun of the cohort.
Each leader's operating plan against the last ninety days: what held, what slipped, what the next quarter threatens. Facilitated, structured, and honest — the same pod discipline from the program, kept alive.
An optional ten-pack of 1:1 sessions ($250 each) any of your alumni can draw on between quarters — for the stuck point that can't wait ninety days.
On a ship, the brightwork is the metal that stays bright because someone deliberately maintains it — not because it was polished once, brilliantly, a year ago. The cohort is the polish. The Circle is the maintenance. Hoping the shine holds is not a plan.
Questions
Graduates of the Sustainable Leader Program — either the single-company flagship or open-enrollment seats. The Circle is per company: your membership covers up to twelve of your alumni, and leaders from later cohorts join as they graduate.
Virtual by default, which is what keeps a quarterly rhythm realistic. An annual in-person session can be arranged where geography cooperates.
The return on the cohort you already paid for, protected. The plans your leaders presented at the capstone keep getting executed, adjusted, and defended — and your alumni stay connected to a discipline of running sustainable teams rather than remembering one.
Yes. The Circle can begin the quarter after your cohort ends — the strongest option, since the first quarter is the fragile one — or be added later. Membership runs annually from whenever you start.
Next step
Most companies take up the Circle as part of the close-out conversation at the end of their cohort. If your cohort has ended and you're thinking about it now, email us — the current quarter is the best one to start in.
