Why Activate
A launch lands, two people leave, and the plan your leadership team chose in the Findings Session quietly becomes a document. Not because anyone decided to drop it — because nobody was assigned to notice.
The highest-leverage moves in the plan are the ones that remove work. Removing work means someone gives something up in front of their peers. That is exactly the commitment that slips when the room is only your own people.
Every two weeks, the leadership team sits with someone who has no stake in the politics, remembers what was promised, and asks the same three questions: what moved, what stalled, what gets killed next.
How it works
An anonymous survey built on the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory, then confidential listening sessions sampled across levels and functions. The same instrument and method as Diagnose — nothing trimmed, because the ninety days are only as good as the picture they start from.
A full day with your leadership team, in the room. The morning is the findings: retention-risk hot spots, team by team, and what is driving them. The afternoon turns them into a prioritized 90-day action plan your team chose — with owners attached.
Every two weeks, ninety minutes, your leadership team and Faye. Each session works the plan against the quarter that actually happened: what moved, what stalled, what is quietly being dropped and why, and the next thing to kill. Decisions are recorded so the record, not memory, carries the plan.
The signals from the audit read again against the plan that ran. A final progress briefing for your sponsor: what changed, what to protect going forward, and an honest call on whether anything further is warranted — which is sometimes "nothing more than this."
What you get
What this is not: project management. Status, scheduling, and the tracker stay with your team. What Faye brings to each session is the operator's read on why a change is stalling, the discipline to subtract before adding, and a room where the leadership team keeps its own commitments to each other.
The execution sessions work from the findings, never from anyone's individual responses. The protections don't loosen once the plan is running:

Questions
Diagnose is from $8,500 and ends at week four when the plan is handed to you. Activate is $14,000 flat and runs to about week sixteen. The difference buys six led sessions across the ninety days and the day-90 reread. Nothing in the audit itself is different.
Yes — the full $2,500 comes off the Activate fee if Activate starts within 90 days of your Detect readout.
The leadership team that built the plan in the Findings Session — typically the sponsor plus the leaders who own the priorities. Ninety minutes, every two weeks, virtual by default with on-site sessions where they matter.
Yes. If you decide within 90 days of the Findings Session, the Diagnose fee counts in full toward Activate and the six sessions start from wherever the plan is. After 90 days the plan has usually drifted enough that we'd recommend a fresh signal read first.
No. Coaching is one person's development. Activate is the leadership team, together, running a plan about how work is designed. Individual coaching lives in the Sustainable Leader Program.
Where it sits
Not sure it's serious yet? One survey, one readout, two weeks, $2,500 fixed. The fee credits toward Activate.
