How this website handles your information

Who we are

This website is run by Brightwork Leadership, operated by Brightwork Holdings LLC, a Colorado company based in Fort Collins. If you have a question about anything on this page, email hello@brightworkleadership.com or call (970) 632-7375.

Analytics and advertising tools

Like most websites, we use a few third-party tools that set cookies or similar technology in your browser. They help us understand which pages are useful and how people find us. They don't tell us who you are by name.

• Google Analytics shows us things like how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where they're located, and what device they use. We look at it in totals, not individual visits. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and you can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• The LinkedIn Insight Tag shows us general information about visitors who use LinkedIn, like the industries and job titles visiting our program pages, and lets us show Brightwork ads on LinkedIn to people who have visited. LinkedIn only gives us summary reports, not the identity of individual visitors. You can change this in your LinkedIn account settings, as explained in LinkedIn's cookie policy.
• The Meta (Facebook) Pixel runs on our AI for Beginners course sales page and welcome page only. It helps us measure course sign-ups and show course ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can change this in your Meta ad preferences.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.

When you contact us or book a call

If you email us, call or text, or book a conversation, we get the information you share, like your name, email, company and what you'd like to talk about. We use it to reply and to follow up about the work you asked about, and that's it. Bookings run through Calendly, and course payments run through Stripe, so those companies handle the details you enter on their pages under their own privacy policies. We never see your full card number.

What we never do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
• We don't use anything you share in a confidential survey or listening session for marketing. Client diagnostic work follows its own, stricter rules, set out on our confidentiality page.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, any time. Just email hello@brightworkleadership.com and we'll take care of it.

If we add or remove a tool, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
