Sound familiar?
Most people we talk to have tried AI a few times. It usually goes one of three ways.
What you'll walk away with
An AI teammate is AI set up to do one real job in your work, the same way, every time, because it already knows your business and your standards. You don't re-explain anything.
Your account, your first Project and your connected apps, set up the right way from day one so you're not starting from zero every time you open a chat.
A Website Checkup that shows how you show up on Google and in AI search, a Customer Voice Researcher, and a Competitor Scan. You'll install all three during class and run them on your own business.
A simple way to look at any task in your week and decide whether AI should help, and how far to take it. That's the skill that keeps paying off after the course ends.
The four sessions
Every session is live, Noon - 1:30pm Mountain (2:00pm Eastern · 11:00am Pacific). Can't make one? Every session is recorded, and the replays stay up until Mon Nov 30, 2026.
We get your Claude account set up properly, walk through how the course works, and look at two AI teammates already running inside Brightwork, so you can see where we're headed.
Real examples from real work: turning your own words into finished content, turning a meeting into a follow-up and a proposal, and checking how your website shows up when people ask AI for help.
The four levels of an AI teammate, how to pick the right level for any task, and a hands-on working session where everyone installs three AI teammates and runs them on their own business.
More examples from real work, starting with putting your own know-how in one place so it answers questions the way you would. Then a hands-on working session where you build your own business Project and turn one task into your first skill.
Who it's for
Because burnout is very often a capacity problem. Good people carry too much for too long, and the repetitive work is usually what grinds them down first. AI is the fastest way we've found to give people real capacity back without hiring anyone.
To be clear, this isn't about replacing people. When the busywork goes, people move up into the work only they can do, and that's the whole point.
Your teacher
I spent 18 years inside high-intensity technical companies, and I built teams that held 95%+ engagement for three years straight, through tough markets and an acquisition. Today I run Brightwork Leadership, helping companies keep the leaders they already have.
I'm not a programmer. I learned AI the same way you will, one real task at a time, and now it runs a big part of my business, from my morning planning to my LinkedIn posts. This course is everything I wish someone had shown me at the start, in plain English.
Questions
None at all. If you can send an email and join a Zoom call, you're ready. We start from the very beginning and go at a beginner's pace.
A laptop or desktop (a phone is too small to follow along), a Zoom connection, and a Claude account. A paid Claude plan (about $20 a month) is what we recommend, because some of what we install needs it. We'll walk through setup together at the Kickoff Call.
Every session is recorded, and the replays and handouts stay in your student hub until Mon Nov 30, 2026. Live is better, because you can ask questions and get help while you install things, but you won't fall behind.
We teach mostly in Claude, because it's where we run our own business and it handles your data in a way we're comfortable with. We'll also show where ChatGPT is the better tool (images, for one), and almost everything you learn carries over to both.
No. You'll be clicking buttons, typing in plain English and installing a few files. If you get stuck, we'll help you in the room.
Yes, each person needs their own seat. If you'd like to bring three or more people, or you'd like a private session just for your team, email hello@brightworkleadership.com and we'll work something out.
If you change your mind before the Kickoff Call on Tue Oct 20, email us and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked.
